This campaign sends an initial message to rental customers to verify their phone number in case of an emergency while they are renting any of our equipment. It will notify them when they have to head back to our shop to avoid a late rental fee. After their rental, we invite customers via SMS to write a review for our business. We will also send occasional promotional text messages to people who have opted in to receive communications when they filled out our rental form at the shop.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or respond START and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
